 Welcome to Utkarsh Cleaning and Home Services. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Offered

We offer professional cleaning services in Bhopal, including but not limited to:

  • Sofa Cleaning

  • Mattress Cleaning

  • Chair Cleaning

  • Water Tank Cleaning

  • Kitchen Deep Cleaning

  • Bathroom Cleaning

  • Full Home Deep Cleaning

  • Office & Commercial Cleaning

All services are carried out by trained professionals using safe, eco-friendly cleaning products.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Emergency bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details for smooth service delivery.

  • We operate between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately after service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted modes of payment: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer.

  • For commercial projects or regular contracts, custom payment terms may apply.

4. Service Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule the service up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.

  • If cancelled within 12 hours or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to uncontrollable circumstances (rain, staff unavailability, etc.).

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that someone is present at the service location during the cleaning time.

  • Valuable items should be secured before service begins.

  • Provide access to water, electricity, and other essentials needed for cleaning.

  • Inform our team in advance about any fragile or sensitive items.

6. Liability & Damages

  • Our team is trained to handle all cleaning tasks carefully.

  • In rare cases of accidental damage, customers must report within 24 hours with photo proof.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages, poor furniture conditions, or unreported issues.

7. Service Limitations

  • We do not offer pest control, electrical repair, or plumbing services.

  • Extremely hazardous or bio-waste materials are not covered under our cleaning scope.

  • Deep stains or permanent damage may not be fully removable even after professional cleaning.

8. Quality Assurance

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 24 hours.

  • We may offer a free touch-up or partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • Customer feedback is essential for us to improve our services.

9. Privacy Policy

All customer data is kept confidential and is only used to improve our service delivery. We do not share or sell any customer information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
